Return Conditions
Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
All original tags, labels, and packing materials must be intact
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer
Products that are fully or partially damaged by the customer are not eligible for return
Products must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product:
The product will be inspected by our Quality Team
Refunds will be initiated only after inspection and approval
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 6–7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product
Delivery & Replacement Timeline
Products are typically delivered within 6–7 working days
Replacement or exchange products, once approved, will be delivered within 5–6 working days
